What No Guarantee?

Here’s something you won’t have thought of…

     …why you should introduce and implement a money back guarantee for your patients.

     There are several reasons for this and I would like to cover a few of those now:

     Guarantees overcome any form of sales resistance and even though we are in the service industry we are still directly involved in making sales. Therefore, if you guarantee the customer will be happy and you will refund his money if they are not, they will be more than willing to not only attend your clinic but also pay your price - no matter what it is.

A guarantee is one of the most powerful marketing tools you can create for your clinic because if you remove all the financial risk your potential clients may encounter then the more potential clients you attract the more clients you will actually see - by lowering the amount of risks a potential client may encounter on attending your practice you make it much easier for them to come and see you...

     And if they come, they will stay (unless of course you are absolutely terrible at what you do - and even if this is the case I will show you a guarantee that will make you stand out from the other practitioners in your area and still worth a visit!)

     In a nut-shell, if you make it risk-free the more clients will take you up on your offer!

     That's it!

     Because so few clinics actually guarantee their results (or can actually guarantee their results) the more you will stand out from your competition.

     And as I hinted at earlier, this guarantee doesn't have to be your results it can be virtually anything. Now, although results are obviously going to have more pulling power than anything else there is no reason why you couldn't (at a pinch) guarantee client satisfaction, appointment times, clinic experience etc.

     It doesn't even need to be money back although that usually helps!

     Any (strong) guarantee will lead to massive practice growth.

     Because this is so successful I would love to claim this ideas as my own but, unfortunately, it is not - it is not even a new idea...

     It is however an idea that is severely under-utilised possibly because it is an idea that scares most practitioners and clinic owners. 

     Offering a guarantee is the best way to minimise the prospective clients risk and reduces the number of factors that may be getting in their way and preventing them from attending your clinic...

     ...and there is nothing to stop you creating one today!
